胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）是一种由30或31个氨基酸组成的肽激素，GLP-1在人体内以GLP-1（7-36）和GLP-1（7-37）两种活性形式存在。

Glucagon-like peptide-1（GLP-1）is a 30- or 31-amino-cacid-long peptide hormone.GLP-1 exists in two equally bioactive forms,GLP-1 (7-37 )amide and GLP-1 (7-36) amide.

GLP-1是一种肠促胰岛素，由胰高血糖素原基因编码合成，主要由肠道 L 细胞产生，有些也可由后脑神经元产生。

GLP-1 is a biological product derived from the post-translational processing of proglucagon,GLP-1 is secreted by the enteroentocrine L cells，but also by some neuronal populations in the hindbrain.

GLP-1可以增强胰岛素释放并降低胰高血糖素浓度。
